Terms of Use

By downloading or using StoreGlance, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What the app is, and is not

StoreGlance reports what the public App Store storefront pages show. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Apple Inc. Featuring and chart data can be incomplete or late: a storefront that could not be read on a given day is reported as such, not guessed. You use the app at your own risk and should not make business decisions on it alone.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

Subscriptions & purchases

StoreGlance is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime unlock ("Pro"). Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it in any unlawful way or in any way that interferes with other users or with Apple's services.

Intellectual property

The app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Ludyem AS and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludyem AS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, where Ludyem AS is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
