How do I know if my app is featured on the App Store?

Apple only notifies developers for select Today tab placements, and only in some countries. Every other shelf, in every other storefront, is silent. This page checks any app against every editorial shelf and Today story in all 175 App Store storefronts, as of today's check, so you can see the placements nobody told you about.

It means the app was not on any editorial shelf or Today story in any storefront at the time of the latest daily check, whose date is shown with the result. It is a real answer, not a missing one.
