Terms of Use

Last updated 8 June 2026 · Applies to Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Pull-Ups, and Squats by Ludyem (together, "the apps").

By downloading or using the apps, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the apps.

Health & fitness disclaimer

The apps provide general fitness tracking and training suggestions for informational purposes only. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or any concern about your fitness to exercise. You exercise at your own risk, and you are responsible for using proper form and stopping if you feel pain or discomfort. Ludyem is not responsible for any injury or harm resulting from your use of the apps.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

Subscriptions & purchases

The apps may offer optional in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions ("Pro"). Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the apps, and not to use them in any unlawful way or in any way that interferes with other users or with Apple's services.

Intellectual property

The apps, including their design, code, mascot, and content, are owned by Ludyem AS and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

No warranty

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rep detection will be perfectly accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludyem AS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, where Ludyem AS is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
