Non raccogliamo dati personali. Semaforo non ha account, non usa pubblicità e non ti traccia.
Cosa resta sul tuo iPhone. I tuoi progressi (risposte, ripasso, simulazioni, impostazioni, il compagno scelto) sono salvati solo sul tuo dispositivo. Non li riceviamo e non li condividiamo con nessuno. Puoi cancellarli quando vuoi da Impostazioni › I tuoi dati › Cancella i miei dati; se cancelli l'app, si cancellano anche loro.
Statistiche anonime. Per capire come si usa Semaforo, l'app manda poche informazioni anonime ad AppGlance, il nostro servizio di statistiche: quando apri l'app e per quanto tempo, e alcuni passi come finire la presentazione, completare una tappa del percorso o consegnare una simulazione (con la patente scelta e se è superata). Con loro vanno un codice creato dall'app, le versioni dell'app e di iOS e la regione impostata sul telefono. Mai le tue risposte, i quiz, la data dell'esame o quello che scrivi; il codice non è collegato al tuo nome e non serve a tracciarti. AppGlance conserva questi dati al massimo per un anno. Widget e Apple Watch. Il widget legge una copia dei tuoi progressi tramite un gruppo di app sul dispositivo. L'app per Apple Watch riceve dall'iPhone i quiz del giorno e gli rimanda le tue risposte, direttamente tra i tuoi dispositivi. Niente di questo passa da noi.
Chiedi a Semaforino (Apple Intelligence). Le risposte le scrive il modello di Apple sul tuo iPhone. Se in Impostazioni accendi Private Cloud Compute (è spento all'inizio), la domanda e il quiz vanno ai server Private Cloud Compute di Apple solo per rispondere: Apple non li conserva e noi non li riceviamo.
Scanner dei segnali. Usa la fotocamera solo mentre è aperto. Le immagini sono analizzate sul tuo iPhone e poi scartate: non le salviamo e non le inviamo.
Rispondere a voce. Nell'ascolto puoi rispondere "vero" o "falso" a voce: microfono e riconoscimento vocale lavorano sul tuo iPhone solo mentre rispondi. Niente viene inviato.
Sfida un amico. La sfida viaggia nel codice e nel link che mandi tu: dentro ci sono i quiz e il tuo punteggio, non il tuo nome. Il nome che scrivi per chi ti sfida resta sul tuo iPhone.
Segnala un errore, Segnala un problema e Scrivici. Aprono la tua app Mail con un'email per noi già pronta (il numero del quiz o del segnale, le versioni dell'app e dei quiz). La mandi tu: riceviamo solo quello che invii, con il tuo indirizzo email, e lo usiamo solo per risponderti e correggere l'app. Se vuoi che cancelliamo la tua email, scrivicelo.
Quiz aggiornati. L'app scarica i pacchetti dei quiz e i loro aggiornamenti da packs.ludyem.dev, il nostro server. Sono semplici richieste di file: non portano nessun dato su di te, né un codice, né i tuoi progressi, né le tue risposte.
Acquisti. Semaforo è gratis: non ci sono acquisti nell'app.
Notifiche. I promemoria sono notifiche locali, programmate dall'app sul tuo iPhone. Puoi spegnerli in qualsiasi momento.
Lettura ad alta voce. Usa le voci di sistema di iOS, sul dispositivo.
Le domande d'esame. Provengono dall'elenco pubblicato dal Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti; per la Cechia, da quello del Ministero dei Trasporti della Repubblica Ceca (Ministerstvo dopravy). Semaforo è un'app indipendente e non è affiliata a nessuno dei due ministeri.
Minori. L'app è adatta anche a chi prepara la patente AM (dai 14 anni): non raccoglie dati personali di nessuno, solo le statistiche anonime descritte sopra.

Semaforo is an app by Ludyem AS (Oslo, Norway) for preparing the driving-licence theory test.
We don't collect personal data. Semaforo has no accounts, no advertising, and doesn't track you.
What stays on your iPhone. Your progress (answers, review schedule, mock exams, settings, the companion you picked) is stored only on your device. We never receive it or share it. You can erase it at any time in Impostazioni › I tuoi dati › Cancella i miei dati; deleting the app deletes it too.
Anonymous usage counts. To see how Semaforo is used, the app sends a few anonymous counts to AppGlance, our own analytics service: when the app is opened and for how long, and steps like finishing the introduction, completing a stop on the path or handing in a mock exam (with the licence chosen and whether it passed). With them go an ID made by the app, the app and iOS versions and your region setting. Never your answers, the questions, your exam date or anything you type; the ID isn't linked to your name or used for tracking. AppGlance keeps the events for at most a year. Widgets and Apple Watch. The widget reads a copy of your progress through an app group on the device. The Apple Watch app gets the day's quizzes from your iPhone and sends your answers back, directly between your devices. None of this goes through us.
Ask Semaforino (Apple Intelligence). Answers are written by Apple's model on your iPhone. If you turn on Private Cloud Compute in Settings (it starts off), the question and the quiz go to Apple's Private Cloud Compute servers only to answer: Apple doesn't keep them and we never receive them.
Sign scanner. It uses the camera only while it is open. Frames are analysed on your iPhone and discarded: we don't save or send them.
Answering by voice. In listening mode you can say "vero" or "falso": the microphone and speech recognition work on your iPhone, only while you answer. Nothing is sent.
Challenge a friend. The challenge travels in the code and link you send yourself: it holds the quizzes and your score, not your name. The name you type for whoever challenged you stays on your iPhone.
Report an error, Report a problem and Write to us. They open your Mail app with an email to us already written (the number of the quiz or the sign, the versions of the app and of the quizzes). You send it: we receive only what you send, with your email address, and use it only to reply and fix the app. Ask us and we delete your email.
Updated quizzes. The app downloads the quiz packs and their updates from packs.ludyem.dev, our own server. These are plain file requests: they carry no data about you, no ID, no progress and no answers.
Purchases. Semaforo is free: there are no in-app purchases.
Notifications. Reminders are local notifications scheduled by the app on your iPhone. You can turn them off at any time.
Read aloud. It uses iOS's built-in voices, on the device.
The exam questions come from the list published by the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport; for Czechia, from the list of the Czech Ministry of Transport (Ministerstvo dopravy). Semaforo is an independent app, not affiliated with either ministry.
Children. The app suits AM-licence learners (from age 14): it collects no one's personal data, only the anonymous counts above.
