Everything you enter stays on this phone: your plan, your logs, your cravings, your reasons and your photo. It's stored in the app's own storage and never sent to us or anyone else. It isn't synced to iCloud.
There's no account, no advertising and no tracking.
App usage
From version 1.1, to see how Lungday is used, the app sends a few anonymous counts to AppGlance, our own analytics service: when the app is opened and for how long, and steps like finishing setup, opening Lungday Pro or buying it. With them go an ID made by the app, the app and iOS versions and your region setting. Never anything about your smoking, vaping, cravings or health, and the ID isn't linked to your name or used for tracking. AppGlance keeps the events for at most a year. Version 1.0 sends none of this.
Lungday Pro
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. To know whether you own Lungday Pro, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous ID created by the app and the record of your App Store purchase. It never receives anything about your smoking, and the ID isn't linked to your name or used for tracking.
Notifications are scheduled on the phone itself. Nothing is sent from a server.
You can export your logs as a CSV file, or delete everything, at any time in Settings.
